19C FRENCH MINIATURE DISPLAY CABINET CHERUBS
Antique miniature table display cabinet / vitrine in the Louis XV Rococo style with painted cherubs and flowers. Made late 19th century. Measures a little over 15 1/2inches high. Wider back is 14 1/2inches accross and front is 10 inches accross. Serpentine form with curved glass door and original key. Tope and sides are painted with cherubs, flowers and scrolls. Good condition.

MINIATURE CUP SAUCER SIGNED HANDPAINTED GOLD
Miniature cup and saucer signed handpainted and gilded. Made in Portugal. Cup is a little over 1 1/4inches high and saucer has diameter of 2 1/2inches. Both cup and saucer are handpainted with orange and pink roses on a swirling blue and green background. The saucer is gilded on the wavy rim. The cup is very richly gilded inside. Both cup and saucer are signed with the artist's initials P.S. A blue printed mark under the saucer of a shield with the words Porceal - Aveiro Portugal and Gintado a mao. Condition is mint - no chips/cracks/damage of any sort. Please enquire about the 2nd cup and saucer by the same artist.

COBALT BLUE GOLD MINIATURE LIMOGES TEA SET 19
Cobalt blue and gold miniature cabaret tete-a-tete, teaset and tray, made 19th century, France. Tray measures 3 3/4inches long and 2 1/4inches wide. Set consists of a tray, teapot, sugar bowl with lid and two handles, milk jug and two cups and saucers. All pieces are cobalt blue with rich gold trim and gold decoration, including a pair of 18th century courting dancers in a landscape setting. Cups are less than 1/4inch high/diam and the tallest piece, the tea pot is 1 1/4inch high. The tray is marked on the back SA Porcelain Limoges France. Excellent condition.No chips/cracks.

Miniature Sterling silver horse rider taking a jump over a gymkhana fence. Dutch. Probably dates to late 19th or early 20th century. About 1 3/4inches from end to end and 1 3/4inches high. Fabulous miniature of a horse and rider as they go over a fence. Incredible naturalistic detail to both horse and rider, in his formal gymkhana attire. MINIATURE CASH REGISTER / TILL ST SILVER
Miniature realistic silver cash register / till mechnism to open. Dutch. Probably dates to late 19th or early 20th century. Weighs 3oz. Engraved scrolling decoration typical of the Nouveau era. One one side is a spool for winding the tape on. Another mechanism attached on the right. Keys have engraved numbers. Two of them have the ability to spring the drawer open. Drawer has compartments for different denominations of currency. Highly realistic, wonderful workmanship. On left rim are two hallmarks - too small to see clearly. Condition is very good. Mechanism to open drawer works well. No dings/dents. One of a set of 10.

MINIATURE STERLING SILVER TAYLOR DUMMY SEW
Miniature sterling silver taylor's dummy ( mannequin ), made in Italy. Stands 2 1/8inches high. Realistically modelled mannequin as would be seen in a taylor or dressmaking establishment. Round domed base. Measuring tape slung around the neck. This piece, from a larger collection of silver miniatures, has lost it's sterling lable, but it is guaranteed sterling nevertheless. It is in very good condition.

Miniature sterling silver Rococco style chair, made in Birmingham, England. 1 3/8inches high. Very ornate scrolling work decorates the entire front and seat of the chair. The back has a Dandified gentleman and the seat a lady in relief work. Paw feet. Hallmarks on side of chair back: Maker J.W; anchor, date letter, lion passant. (see photo). Condition: very good - no damage of any sort.

MINIATURE ST SILVER STAND ACADEMIC PROFESSOR
Miniature sterling silver coat stand with Professor's academic gown/ cloak and mortar-board cap hanging on it. At least 50-80 years old. Measures 2 1/4" high. Rectangular base realistically moulded to immitate a floor. Coat and hat stand on 3 curved legs with 3 'hooks' upon which an academic gown and mortar board are hung. Marked underneath with a star 175 AR and 925. European. Condition is very good: no damage of any sort.

MINIATURE ST SILVER SPINNING WHEEL PARTS MOVE
Miniature sterling silver 18th century style spinning wheel with moving, working parts. Made in Holland 60-150 years old. Measures 3" high. The wheel is turned by moving the lever attached to the foot pedal. The bobbin on top that winds the spun thread also turns. Bead twist legs and joints. Marked HOLLAND SILVER and the Dutch hallmark for .934-.833 silver used between 1814 and 1953. Very good condition - no dents/scratches and moving parts move easilly.
