ANTIQUE VICTORIAN GOLD & BLACK ENAMEL PENDANT
Antique Victorian 10k gold and black enamel pendant earrings. Made 1860-1890.
Measure about 1 5/8 inches long, excluding the loops. Earrings made from a number of seperate parts that all move independantly of each other. Floral
supports in a Neo Etruscan style, the main body a loop of gold with inset black enamel patterns and patterned shapes dangling from it. Etruscan / Greek
Revival. High Victorian elegance - very attractive and wearable today. Condition is very good considering the age of the earrings. There is minor enamel
loss on one earring, shown highly magnified in the 'photos, but not noticeable to the naked eye.

ESTATE EARRINGS - LARGE AMETHYST IN 14K GOLD
Large estate amethyst earrings set in 14 carat gold. Mid to late 20th century. <P><P>
Stones are at least 3/8 inches long and rectangular in shape. They are mounted in a simple gold setting with studs and butterflies. Each one is hallmarked with maker's mark F in a triangle and 14K. Very good condition.

Antique Victorian 18 carat gold and pink paste earrings set with small pearls. Made 19th century with stong elements of Etruscan / Greek Revival style. <P><P>
Measure over 1 1/2 inches long, excluding the loops. Weigh about 4 grams. <P><P>
Clearly made as a luxury item in 18 carat gold by master craftsman, the earrings are extremely elegant with long scrolls seperating two collet-set pink paste stones, each with a pearl in it's center.The bottom part has very fine gadrooned and beaded borders. Hallmarks are difficult to read, but gold tests for 18 carat. Simply fabulous. Pink stones/paste very rare and these have a wonderful bright glow. <P><P>

C1900 ANTIQUE NEO ETRUSCAN EARRINGS 18K GOLD
Antique Victorian 18 carat gold earrings in the Neo Etruscan style. Date to about 1900. <P><P>
Measurements: approx 1 3/8inches long, excluding the loops. Weigh 7 grams. <P><P>
Gadrooned circle with a golden flower in the middle. Delicate, narrow petals, each framed by a very thin rope twist border and with a half-globe in the center.
A pair of dangling globes with roped raised work, raised tunnel like openings and little beads on the end - very delicate and detailed and beautiful artistry in the design and execution.
No hallmarks, but tested for 18K. <P><P>
Very good condition.

ANTIQUE VINTAGE 14K GOLD TURQUOISE EARRINGS O
Antique / vintage 14 carat gold and turquoise pendant earrings. Made first half of 20th century - possibly 1940's. <P><P>
Measure about 1 3/8 inches long; weigh 5 grams. <P><P>
The part of the earring that sits on the ear and is attached to the post consists of 3 gold clover-shapes radiating from a central cabochon turquoise. A circular loop links the dangly, openwork leaf-form section, set in the middle with 3 size-graded turquoise stones. Gold rope and scrolling beadwork in a light and pretty design, the earrings swing with every movement, further attracting the eye. <P><P>
Both earrings are hallmarked on the back: there is a carat mark that is somewhat illegible (but we tested them for 14 karat) and the initials UJ. <P><P>
Very good condition. No damage/restoration of any sort.

VICTORIAN EARRINGS CANNETILLE OPEN GLOBES
Victorian 14K gold pendant earrings circa 1895 - 1905. <P><P>
Measure 1 1/2 inches long, not including the loop that goes through the ears. Weigh approx 6 grams. <P><P>
French style loops that go through the back of the ears and hook into a small round ring on the top of the earring. The earring has 3 main components: a flower formed by a central gold globe surrounded by 'petals' made of very fine gold cannetille style work. This is linked via loops to a closed gold cone suspending an openwork globe, comprised of 6 arching gold bands, each decorated in the same fine gold cannetille style work as the flower. Beneath this is a little bell, that will actually ring gently as the earring moves. Highly attractive and top quality workmanship. <P><P>
Although earrings look like 18 carat, they tested for 14K. <P><P>
Very good condition. No damage/repairs to be found.

Beautiful bright pink faceted stones in a gold walled border. Surrounded by a ring of diamonds, forming a background to the pink stones, setting them off
beautifully. The whole suspended by a line of diamonds set in gold tubular mounts. Classic elegance in a modern setting. <P><P>
No hallmarks, but tested for 18k gold.<P><P>
Very good condition. <P><P>
While we are not gemologists, we look at, buy and sell a lot of jewellery and this lovely colour is not to be seen very often.

Antiqiue / vintage 18 carat gold and cobalt blue enamel domed circular / half globe earrings with stars, made circa 1940. <P><P>
Half globes are slightly over 1/4 inch in diameter. Earrings weigh 10 grams. <P><P>
Gold loops with a little gold bead support the round half globes which are decorated with a cobalt blue enamel ground and golden stars scattered all over the surface. Highly attractive. <P><P>
Each earrings is hallmarked 18k. <P><P>

ANTIQUE GEORGIAN 18K GOLD, GEM EARRINGS CHILD
Antique pair of 18 carat gold child's earrings, very early - possibly late 18th to early 19th century. French or other European origin. <P><P>
Measurements:weigh about 3grams together. Length approx 1/4 inch excluding the loop that goes through the ear. <P><P>
Typical antique French design with the loops going through the back of the ear and hooking through a small ring on the top of the earring. The earring itself
is rectangular in shape with little beads and cannetille style work and set with a red and a white stone. The way the gold is pulled around the cabochon
stones is typical of very early Georgian work as is the general design of the earrings. The small size indicates that this pair of earrings was made for a
child. They are very pretty.<P><P>
There are a number of hallmarks on each earring. They are very small and difficult to read. We tested the gold, which stays for at least 18K (and may be
22K). <P><P>
Condition is very good. Unusual to have such old pieces in their original condition. No damage/restoration found.

ANTIQUE VICTORIAN 14K GOLD PENDANT EARRINGS F
Antique Victorian 14 carat gold earrings. I believe they were made in India. Date to the 19th century. <P><P>
Weigh 10grams. Measure 1 1/2 inches excluding the loops. <P><P>
Each earring consists of a hollow filigree globe attached by a flower to the loop of the earring on top. Two rings connect to a filigree dome or half globe from which a tightly packed circle of rings suspends fine gold wire wound into tassels that end in little gold beads. The earrings swing and sway beautifully with the slightest movement. Wonderful quality workmanship - amazingly delicate and fine. <P><P>
Very good condition. <P><P>
Antique Moghul / Indian jewellery has become highly sought after and is increasingly difficult to find.

VINTAGE 14K GOLD EARRINGS HOOPS HEARTS STARS
Vintage pair of 14 carat gold earrings with semi-circular hoops, hearts and stars. Made in Italy. <P><P>
Slightly over 1 1/2 inches long. Weigh approx 8 grams. <P><P>
Wonderful design for pierced ears: A star stud sits on the ear-lobe. It suspends a short chain from which hangs an inverted semicircular hoop, which in turns supports a chain with stars surrounding a heart. Great movement and swing. Look stunning. <P><P>
The back of each earring has a little plaque with engraved FR 14K ITALY. <P><P>

ANTIQUE NEOETRUSCAN GOLD ENAMEL PEARL MOURNIN
Antique Victorian Neo Classical / Etruscan Revival earrings. 19th century. <P><P>
Measure approx 3/4 inch in diameter. Weigh approx 7grams. <P><P>
Round earrings with tiny patterned borders. A ring of black enamel and gold with concave circles, each with a little raised flower. Two wavy, raised wall enclose a ring of seed pearls and inside that is a circle enclosing a raised badge with black enamel. It would be possible to engrave initials on the raised badge, but it has been left empty. Finest quality workmanship and minute detail. <P><P>
There are no hallmarks on the earrings, but I tested them and they test for at least 18carat gold. The loops with little globes from which they hang are possibly later as they are only 14carat (although the Victorians were known to mix different calibres of gold). <P><P>
Very good condition - no damage and enamel is in excellent shape with no wear.

ANTIQUE ENAMEL GOLD DROP EARRINGS MASK PORTRA
Antique Swiss enamel drop earrings set in gold. Exact age unknown, but estimated as early 1900's. <P><P>
Tested at least 14K gold. Measure approx 1 5/8inches total length.
Earrings for pierced ears. Each has a pair of enameled masked woman, set in a gold mount. The curious masqueraded figures are most intrigueing and beautifully done. Each miniature portrait is different - one blond, one redhead, one brunette etc. COndition is very good. Miniscule wear to one figure, shown highly magnified in the 'photos, but not visible at all with the naked eye.

ANTIQUE 14K Y GOLD RUBY DIAMOND DECO RETRO EA
Amazing pair of retro / Art Deco earrings. Circa 1930-40's. Origin unknown.<P><P>
Weigh 10 grams. 1 1/4 inches long. <P><P>
Fabulous design: a curling bow is the background for a loop of tightly set rubies and a comet-shaped swirl of diamonds, graded in size from smaller to
largest. The bottom of the 'bow' is curled into increasingly tighter rings with a ruby in the center of the inner loop. Earrings combine fantastic
imagination and great craftsmanship. Gold is like a mirror, which adds to the futuristic look of these earrings. <P><P>
Gold is not hallmarked, but we tested it and it tests for at least 14 carats. <P><P>

VICTORIAN GOLD BLACK ENAMEL MOURNING EARRINGS
Victorian gold and black enamel mourning earrings set with seed pearls. Probably made in England or France, 19th century. <P><P>
Weigh approx 4 grams. Length, excluding the dangle and the loop is 3/4 inch. <P><P>
Earrings close upwards in the old French style. Consist of an oval plateau with concentric gold and black enamel oval rings. The central black section is finely engraved with a tiny gold flower, a seed pearl at it's center. A small gold pointed drop dangles from the bottom of each earring. <P><P>
Earrings are not marked, but we tested for both 10 & 14 carat and the gold stayed, so that would be minimum quality of gold. <P><P>
Good condition especially enamel, which is not worn or damaged, as is normally the case. <P><P>
