2 PR ANTIQUE DICE BAKELITE CELLULOID Magic Ga
2 pairs of really old dice. I believe the larger pair is bakelite and the smaller pair possibly an even earlier form of celluloid. The larger dice measure 1/2inch. The smaller pair are well under 1/4inch accross. The larger pair of dice are a yellow colour like old ivory. The dots are indented quite deeply and painted black. They are in excellent condition. The minute red pair of dice are quite fascinating. Light shines through the ruby red material, giving an almost liquid appearance. White dots. The edges are a little rounded, probably due to age.

DECO IVORY, GUILLOCHE ENAMEL CIGARETTE HOLDER
Art Deco ivory and guilloche enamel on silver cigarette holder in original fitted case. Made in Austria 1920's. Measures 4 1/4inches long. Long, elegant and finely carved ivory mouthpiece. Attached to a finely flaring trumpet form in silver with guilloche enamel decoration of a strong Art Deco design. The surface is divided into rectangles and blocks, reminiscent of a Piet Mondriaan painting. Each block is outlined by thick black borders and coloured in a different coloured enamel, some with further geometric subdivisions. The enamelling is of the highest quality and the design is a rare example of true Art Deco Design. There is one spot near the join between metal and ivory where the enamel is worn, which does not interfere with the design. Otherwise, no damage. The holder comes in it's orginal fitted case, much like a miniature violin case. Inside is velvet and silk lined. Outside is embossed Made in AUSTRIA.

1600'S CLAY PIPE ARCHAEOLOGY ANTIQUITY
This clay pipe, dug up from the mud of the Thames, is many hundreds of years old. Since we are told that the smaller the bowl, the older the pipe, we believe this example may date as far back as the early 1600's. Measures 5 1/2inches long. General condition is very good. There is a minute chip on the rim of the bowl, quite negligible and perfectly acceptable for the age of the piece.
