| Here is an old Sterling Silver desert spoon, made in the USA, measuring 7 1/2" long.
Has an unusually wide handle that narrows to a long, thin neck that widens again to form a "V" that curves into the bowl of the spoon. The wide handle is bright-cut engraved monogram RFC. THe back of the handle has a pleat.
The back is hallmarked N.LE HURAYJ, the word
"PHIL" and also an eagle, the top part of which is worn.
The spoon is in very good condition with a lovelly patina. It is not bent out of shape like so many of these items.
