Good quality Meissen / KPM style figurine depicting Summer, made Germany, 19th century.
Approx 9 inches high.
Buxom young lady figurines bringing in the harvest. Basket of fruit under one arm, a bunch of flowers in the other hand, with a butterfly clinging to the

flowers.
Fabulous handpainted and gilded dress swirling above the knees as the woman strides forward.
Wonderful detail especially to very fine face, feet and clothes. Creamy skin tones great moulding.
No marking, but definately German.
Condition is very good.
