Set of 8 Art Deco knife rests done during the Art Deco period, by Yorel, France - circa 1920-30's.
Each piece is approx 3 1/4 - 3 1/2inches long.
Each knife rest is a fabulously designed animal, fish or bird, very stylised in typical Art Deco manner. Each piece stands on a rectangular base, with impressed factory mark YOREL.
Condition is good.
Ducks, pelican, goose, dog, elephant, and other species.
