Antique 18carat gold, enamel and ruby bracelet. Victorian - Edwardian - made 19th - early 20th century.

Total length is 7 3/4 inches. Weighs 26 grams.

Bracelet consists of alternating gold-enamel and ruby sections. The rubies are set in the form of little flowers, 5 stones to a flower. The enamel-gold links
are oval with pointed ends. Lower borders are textured in a diagonal pattern. Above this the domed top is covered with rich blue enamel, which in turn is
overlaid with a tiny, delicate pattern of flowers and foliage. Bracelet has a safety chain for further protection. Beautiful workmanship and great quality is
shown not only on the upper side, but underneath, the skill of the maker can be seen.

The bracelet is hallmarked on both sides of the clasp. One side simply has engraved 18 and 750 for 18 carat gold. The other side has a maker's initials RHB,
also 18 750 and a triangle and slightly angled N. We do not know whether these are Russian initials or European.

Very good condition. THere is no damage/wear to the enamel or any other part of the bracelet.

|
