Rectangular with rounded corners. Measures approx 1 1/2 inches long X slightly under 1 1/4 inches wide. <P><P>
Vridlovec, used in jewellery especially to be bought at Europe's health spas of the 19th century with beautiful varied markings. The cushion cut rectangle is surrounded by a ring of old garnets that offset the central stone beautifully. Set in tomback (gold coloured metal used in Czech jewellery). High quality workmanship. Quiet elegance. Good condition.
